We usually ship orders the same or next business day. You will receive an automated message from our website with the tracking details once your order is shipped.
Most items are in stock in our warehouse in New Jersey and ready to ship immediately. A small part of our inventory is located in several fulfillment centers and ships within 3-4 business days.
Our main shipping partner is FedEx. You can check the estimated transit time at their website. We reserve the right to change the shipping provider of your order without prior notice. In case the shipper change, we do not apply additional charges and will comply with the estimated delivery time. If you require shipment with a particular carrier, or have special shipping requests, please contact us before you make an order.
Expensive items ($1000+) are shipped with a signature confirmation. The driver will ask you to sign for the package once he delivers your order to your home or office. Please make sure someone will be able to meet the driver on the day of delivery. This will prevent the loss of the package.
We provide Free Shipping on all orders over $150 to any addresses in the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii states. We ship these orders with 'FedEx Ground' or 'FedEx Home Delivery' methods. The typical transit time is 3-8 days depending on your location. If you want to get your order faster, choose another shipping method at checkout.

Please be informed that in case of international shipping you will have to pay all the taxes and duties applicable in your country (import duty, VAT, sales or use tax) to be able to receive the product. We also provide after-sales service. Please let us know if the warranty has expired, but you need help with your product.
If our product does not meet your expectations, you can return your order within 30 days from the delivery date. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in its original packaging (including all accessories). After we receive and verify your return we will refund your order using your original payment method.
If your item arrives damaged or not in a working condition, please let us know by email info@timegear.online as soon as possible. Attach images of the product damage, shipping box condition and the shipping label. We need these pictures to file a claim with the carrier. If the carrier's fault is obvious, we will send you a replacement item immediately. We accept damage claims within 30 days upon delivery of your order.
If you are not able to receive your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We will take care of rescheduling delivery or instruct the carrier to hold the package in their office for pickup.
The carrier will make 3 delivery attempts. If they will not be able to deliver your order, the package will return to our office. If your package returns from the carrier, we will contact you for the further handling instructions. Undeliverable orders are not refunded automatically.
