The general Terms and Conditions of Sale ('Conditions') detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the 'User' (hereafter also referred to as 'You' or the 'Customer') and 'timegear.online' (hereafter also referred to as 'We' or the 'Website'), belonging to the company Timecube USA LLC. Both parties accept these Conditions unreservedly.

These Conditions of Sale are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express. written, prior dispensation. We maintain that, by confirming your order, you have read and do unreservedly accept our general Conditions of Sale. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to you and timegear.online as they are used to protect your rights as a valued customer and our rights as a business.

timegear.online is a work in progress, and things may change, be added or be taken away. We reserve the right to update the Website and these Terms and Conditions from time to time, at our discretion and without any notice.

It is solely your responsibility to keep up to date with the latest Conditions. Your continued use of the Website following the publishing of updated Conditions will be taken to mean that you have read and agree to the changes.

We work hard to ensure the Website is always up and available, but we can't guarantee that the Website will not have downtime for any reason. We reserve the right to close the Website for short periods of time for general maintenance, but will attempt to keep this to a minimum. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time, for any length of time.

Parts of the Website require you to input a password to access certain features. This is to be able to give you details relevant to your order whilst still keeping them private to you. To do this, as part of our security procedures, we require you to register an account with timegear.online by entering your email and choosing a secure password. We highly recommend that you choose a strong password that is hard for others to guess, and you log out from your account at the end of every session.

There is a password reset procedure in case you forget your password. You must treat your account log-in information as confidential, not disclosing it to any third party and using it only yours. If you think there may have been any breach of security then it is your responsibility to notify us immediately and if log-in is possible, to change your password.

It is a condition of your use of the Website that all the information you provide on the Website is correct, current and complete. We reserve the right to disable any user account in our sole discretion, at any time for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms of Service.

We take great care when putting product information, descriptions and images on-line but we will not be held responsible for any mistakes or omissions to any information given. We do not guarantee that the Website or any content provided on the Website is error free.

The prices indicated on the Website are shown in U.S. Dollars and do not include delivery and sales tax. The delivery rate and sales tax are clearly shown on the checkout page as well as product prices. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

If an obviously incorrect price appears on our website and is not corrected on your total at the time of order completion, for whatever reason (human error, technical error etc.), we reserve the right to cancel your order at our discretion. Your payment will be refunded in accordance with our Return and Refund policy.

We will always endeavor to fulfill your order once completed and paid for. If a product should become unavailable after your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will refund the amount you paid for the product(s) and/or service(s) in accordance with our Return and Refund policy.

If your order includes products that are temporarily unavailable, we will send the available products out first and will follow with the outstanding items once they are available again. In case the product(s) you paid for are not available in 15 days following the date of payment, we will refund the outstanding product(s) and shipping fees for these items.

timegear.online currently uses two payment providers – PayPal and Stripe. Both payment providers use advanced SSL encryption to keep your transactions safe and secure and do not cost you anything to use. You do not need to hold an account with these companies to use these payment methods. By choosing a payment method, you agree to the selected provider's terms of service. Please refer to paypal.com or stripe.com websites for full terms and conditions of use.

Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated as a Shipping Address when your order was placed. The products purchased on the Website will be delivered to one address in USA. We do not deliver to multiple addresses, United States Post Service (USPS) P.O. Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) and Field Post Offices (FPO).

timegear.online does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the website. We reserve the right to change the shipping provider of your order without prior notice. In case the shipper change, we do not apply additional charges and will comply with the estimated delivery time.

We should not be kept responsible for a loss of package in case the incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer.

Some items are shipped with signature confirmation. You must make sure that you, or your representative will be able to meet the driver and sign for the package(s) on the day of delivery.

We provide tracking information with a notification message sent to the email you confirmed by submitting your order. The carrier and tracking information is also available on your request. The customer is responsible for tracking the package to make the delivery possible. In case your package returns to our office from the carrier as 'undeliverable' (receiver not available, business closed, address does not exist, incorrect/insufficient receiver details), or you refuse the delivery, we will deduct your refund amount for shipping and/or return expenses.

In case of international shipping the customer is responsible for all the tax and duty payments applicable in the destination country (including but not limited to: Import duty, VAT, Sales/Use taxes). In case you refuse the delivery, or are not able to pay taxes and/or duties applicable in the destination country, we will deduct your refund amount for shipping and return expenses.

We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God. In case you do not receive your package, or the package has damage upon receipt, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier. The investigation may take several days upon receipt of your claim. You must provide poofs and other information requested by the carrier to support your claim. No refund or replacement items are provided by the timegear.online before the investigation ends. We accept damage and delivery claims within 30 days starting at the order date.

timegear.online allows you 30 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of return starts from date your order is delivered. The return window is effective from the date of the order delivery. You can return the product to us within this time frame, at your own expense to the address specified in the Contacts page. We do not provide free return labels.

We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. The customer must provide the order number, the return tracking number by email, specified in Contacts for a timely refund.

Return shipping insurance is necessary should the carrier lose or damage the goods. Shipping and insurance fees remain the customer’s responsibility. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete condition. Any product that has been used, damaged, has missing accessories, have been worn, is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be a subject for a full refund. We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 50% of the original product price to such returns. All free gifts, provided as part of your order, must also be returned.

We will issue a refund for the returned product(s) within 14 days from the date your return is delivered to our warehouse. Refund for cancelled order(s) or item(s) will be issued within 7 days. We will only send refunds using the same method (debit/credit card, bank, or payment system account) you used to pay for your order. It may take up to 10 business days for the bank/payment system transaction to be fully processed after your refund is issued. We accept incorrect/incomplete refund claims within 90 days starting from your return delivery or order cancellation date.

Warranty for all production defects showing within the period is given by timegear.online on all products. The warranty periods of products are as shown on product description page, starting from the date of delivery. Exceptions to standard warranty terms are shown with the product information and/or on the invoice.

In case of a defect showing when the product is under warranty it will be repaired free of charge. If it appears that a product cannot be repaired, we will send you a new product. If a product is not available anymore we will take care of a correct settlement in discussion with the customer. if repair or replacement is impossible, we provide a full refund to the customer. Warranty can only be claimed together with the invoice and a clear description of the defect. If, after a close inspection, it appears that a defect cannot be repaired as warranty, the customer will always be informed.

Not covered under warranty:

• Damage caused by water, fire, extreme high temperature;
• All defects caused by human action, not supposed by the user manal;
• Defects caused by clearly unreasonable use of the product;
• Products that are disassembled by the customer, or by a third party, or have been repaired without approval of the timegear.online;

Warranty is no longer valid if:

• You did not follow the user manual instructions;
• The customer did not follow our directions and/or instructions.

We cannot be held responsible for damages caused by use/abuse of products supplied by timegear.online. timegear.online cannot be held responsible for damages caused by inadequate or unreasonable use of a product.

Any failure of timegear.online to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Conditions constitutes the entire agreement between you and timegear.online, and governs your use of the service, superseding any prior agreements (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Conditions).

If any provision of these Conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Conditions will continue in full force and effect.

Some of the Services on our Websites are only available if you register to create an account. When any of the Services on the Website require you to register with us or otherwise provide user information, you must complete the registration process by providing us with complete and accurate information. You grant timegear.online, and other timegear.online parties with whom we share your information, the right to use, store, monitor, retrieve and transmit your account and user information in connection with the operations of the Websites. We reserve the right to disable any user account in our sole discretion, at any time for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms of Service.

The details you give us are essential for the processing and delivery of your orders, for billing and for the establishment of warranty contracts. Therefore failure to provide these details may result in the cancellation of your order. By making orders and/or registering on the Website, you agree to provide us with sincere and true information as it concerns you. Communicating false information is contrary to the present general Conditions.

We may share specific information with third parties whom we have partnered with to offer a particular service or product or those that provide services on our behalf. For example, we will provide your name and shipping address to our shipping partners, so that they may deliver your order.

We manage your personal data according to our Privacy policy. You can at any time make a request to timegear.online to find out what personal information we hold concerning you. You may at any time, and by request, modify this information.

Your website browser cookie(s) contain certain information stored on your device. Some cookies are essential for the website features (like cart, wish list, product compare) to operate. Cookies do not contain your personal data or any confidential information about you.
